Weather: hot & sunny

Food & Water:
Food: very inexpensive and accessible, great fruit stands, grocery stores are under disguise (you can’t always tell what many of them are from the outside)

Water: we drank mostly bottled water (very cheap) and iced tea (also inexpensive)

Sleeping:
Camping in wild: 1 night

Campgrounds: We arrived a 9:30 pm and put together our bikes and found a cheap room in a not so great section of Budapest the first night

Alternate transportation: none

Maps Used: cycling map we got at the airport and general AAA map

Highlights: incredible mechanics at the Mitsubishi dealers spent 2 hours taking apart and fixing Meredith’s bottom bracket for free.  Incredible people!
